Individual must have strong electric utility distribution system knowledge and some gas distribution knowledge, or the ability to learn the gas distribution system, federal and state gas code requirements. Technical Knowledge/Skill: This position requires a self-motivated individual capable of working and making decisions without direct supervision. Oversee and participate in vendor and material procurement, including consummation of contracts and agreements.Be the primary representative for company bargaining unit.Ensure all federal, state, and local regulatory reporting requirements are met.Interface with Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission to meet all reporting requirements participate and respond to field and management audits.Oversee budget monitoring and facilities’audit process.Prepare and present Capital and O&M budget recommendations to the CNGHC CEO and PCL&P Board.Approve payroll and perform other necessary supervisory functions.Develop and implement rules, regulations, and administrative policies for PCL&P.

Encourage and motivate PCL&P staff and consultants/contractors to maintain professional and technical expertise and skill.Hire and evaluate employees both directly and through subordinates.

Periodically evaluate staffing levels and external resourcing for PCLP’s operational workload.Manage customer service programs and activities.Monitor and oversee gas and electric operations and maintenance.
